Winder technology especially for gigafactories
In the production of cathodes and anodes for lithium-ion batteries, the TechWinder turret unwinders and turret rewinders upstream and downstream of coating lines and calender systems prove what technical expertise means: With more than 100 years of experience in roll-to-roll applications, Kampf LSF, a Jagenberg Group company, is opening up new horizons in the production of modern lithium-ion batteries. The specially adapted turning systems enable continuous operation without restrictions on speed and productivity.

Individual or integrated
Kampf LSF TechWinder winder solutions are an integral part of our integrated, innovative turnkey tandem coating system developed specifically for the energy sector.
Hand-in-hand for roll-to-roll
They are also available as individual components.
As such, materials can be split into two separate webs after coating or calendering in combination with a Center-cut slitting unit. Each web is then fed to its own turret winder and made available for further production of the battery cells. We realize the control of the system hand in hand with Lebbing Automation & Drives, also a company of the Jagenberg Group.
