Jagenberg Group will be illustrating the advantages and possibilities of its joint expertise at stand D10 in hall 10 at drupa 2024. The group companies Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH, Kampf GmbH, Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd., and Kampf LSF GmbH & Co. KG will be demonstrating their capabilities in the field of turnkey systems for film, paper, label and flexible packaging under the motto "Partnership that powers your processes".
Experience real progress in gravure printing virtually
While the eyes of the printing world will be on Düsseldorf from May 28 to June 7, 2024, Jagenberg Group will be showing new perspectives: To bring the ground-breaking system concept to life, visitors can experience the detailed representation of the new rotogravure printing system immersively on a monitor or with 3D glasses. "With our innovative concept, Jagenberg Converting Solutions is opening the door to a new dimension, not only in the presentation of the system, but also in its function," emphasizes Guido Lebbing, Managing Director of Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH. "For the first time, the new gravure printing system makes it possible to print different media without the need for a changeover. That is an absolute novelty." The immersive 3D visualization allows a close look at the functionality and structure of the innovative system, from the unwinder to the printing unit and the drying unit to the rewinder.
Innovation you can rely on
The highlight of the modular gravure printing system is its innovative web path concept: In addition to paper, it can also print film gently and without changeover.
The components used will be from the group companies Kampf GmbH, Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd. and Kampf LSF GmbH & Co. KG, which are sharing the joint stand with Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH at drupa.
The focus of these companies will be on slitting and winding: with high-precision systems from the ConSlitter, TitanSlitter, Unicon and Unislit series, they will join forces to demonstrate their expertise in this core area of continuous web guiding systems. Solutions for flexible packaging as well as for label, paper, and film printing will be presented to interested visitors.
Innovative drive and control technology as well as safety consulting (CE safety) from Lebbing automation & drives GmbH and the digitalization expertise of Jagenberg Digital Solutions GmbH complete the Jagenberg Group's product portfolio.
