New management for Jagenberg Converting Solutions

New management for Jagenberg Converting Solutions

There has been a change in the management of Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH as of October 1, 2022. Dr. Stephan Witt is leaving the executive board to concentrate on his duties on the management board of Jagenberg AG. His successor will be Mr. Steffen Heckmann, who previously took care of the topics M&A and strategic projects within Jagenberg Holding.

Together with Dr. Bröker, CEO of Jagenberg AG, Dr. Witt has been focused on the development and expansion of Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH since it was established in 2020. He is highly credited for this commitment. In his role as COO of Jagenberg AG, he will continue to closely accompany the business development of JCS and concentrate on his activities as a member of the Executive Board. In particular, he will take care of key customers in the energy sector in the future. This is of overarching strategic importance, not only for JCS, but also for other companies in the Jagenberg Group.

In his function as Head of M&A / Strategic Projects of Jagenberg Holding, Mr. Heckmann has accompanied the development of JCS in the background since the very beginning. He was also significantly involved in the acquisitions of the companies WDB Systems Engineering GmbH and Jagenberg Elrond GmbH for the surfaces division.

In the future, the new management will divide the areas of responsibility as follows:

Mr. Heckmann will take over responsibility for the indirect areas. One of his tasks will be the further integration of the companies within Jagenberg Converting Solutions. He will continue his previous responsibilities in the M&A department of Jagenberg Holding. We wish Mr. Heckmann a good start in his new role and much success in the new field of activity. Thomas Lebbing will continue to manage the energy business as well as the Hamburg BU. The introduction of new IT systems at Jagenberg Converting Solutions and other subsidiaries has already begun in part and will continue to accompany the organizations for some time. This area will continue to be the responsibility of Mr. Lebbing.

Guido Lebbing continues to take responsibility for the surfaces division and also coordinates the close cooperation with WDB Systems Engineering GmbH and Jagenberg Elrond GmbH. Mr. Lebbing is also responsible for the further development of the cooperation with Kusters Calico Machinery Pvt. Ltd. from Vadodara, India.

We see great potential for further growth and interesting projects in both the energy and surfaces divisions. We are looking forward to address these challenges, to leverage the potentials and to further expand JCS in the future. True to our motto: Create.Future.Together.
