A top-mounted sliding access panel provides direct access for removing and reinstalling the slot die using a hoist. The slot die is released by loosening the connection fitting and removing the mounting screws. Stops ensure precise and repeatable positioning during reinstallation.
The gap between the slot die and the film can be precisely and repeatably adjusted to the desired coating thickness using externally mounted, motorized precision stops.
Our coating units can be configured for demanding clean room and dry room environments. Customizable layouts include EX-proof design options and suitable mass supply systems, ensuring seamless integration into a wide range of production environments and coating systems.
The compact design and ergonomically accessible roller arrangement enable easy, flawless threading of the web into the coating unit.
A removable tray and smooth surfaces in the work area allow for thorough and time-saving cleaning of the coating unit.
