Establishment and Expansion of a Focused Group of Companies
Jagenberg AG is evolving into a management holding company for all of the Group’s industrial enterprises, with a clear strategic focus and steady growth.
With the acquisition of Lebbing automation & drives GmbH, the Jagenberg Group brings a proven specialist in drive and control technology into the group.
LSF Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG adds another key area of expertise: comprehensive machine and plant engineering. The design, manufacture, and integration of complex process plants have been firmly anchored in the group ever since.
With the founding of Lebbing automation & drives US Corp. in Spartanburg, the Group’s drive and automation expertise takes the next step: going international. From now on, the Jagenberg Group thinks globally and maintains a presence wherever its customers’ production takes place.
Everything from a Single Source for the First Time
The founding of Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH (JCS) does not mark a new beginning. Rather, it is the logical next step. Since 2003, the Jagenberg Group has been systematically building up expertise: cutting and winding technology (Kampf), drive and control technology (Lebbing), web processing know-how (Jagenberg Paper Systems), comprehensive plant engineering (Kampf LSF), and an international presence (Lebbing US).
This competence now converges at JCS. As a specialized partner for industrial roll-to-roll processes, JCS is the first to offer everything from a single source: process analysis, plant modernization, and new machines for the markets of tomorrow.

JCS is entering the battery market, where vision meets engineering expertise. Backed by the expertise of the entire group, Jagenberg Converting Solutions is positioning itself as a partner for one of the most pivotal industries of our time.
JCS thinks beyond the energy sector: fuel cells, electrolysis, membrane technology, pharmaceuticals, and adhesives. In this way, the Jagenberg Group is systematically tapping into additional future markets and applying its roll-2-roll expertise to new, high-growth application areas.
