Design and calculations for the dryer according to customer specifications, including for solvent-containing atmospheres, in accordance with DIN EN 1539.

The dryer opens downward by 500 mm, allowing for easy piping installation from above.
- Monitoring of the web path via viewing windows or cameras. Cameras are grouped together on a control panel
- Web temperature measurement, camera system with online monitoring, residual moisture and dew point measurement, LEL measurement with and without integration into safety measures
- Supply air temperature measurement and control, recirculated air temperature measurement and heating power control, exhaust air flow rate measurement
Easy maintenance thanks to quick nozzle replacement, optimal cleaning capabilities due to the easy installation and removal of the track-guiding elements, easy adjustment of the number and type of nozzles in the upper and lower frames.
