Official Rules – Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH Raffle

Eligibility: The Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH Raffle (“Raffle”) is open to legal visitors of the event “International Battery Seminar & Exhibit“, in Orlando, Florida, from March 23–26. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Raffle begins on March 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on March 26, 2026, at 9:59 AM EST (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Participants may enter the Raffle by visiting the Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH Raffle webpage and completing the entry form as instructed. Entry is limited to one participation per person during the Entry Period. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a surprise prize by Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH.

Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification and Claiming the Prize: The potential winner will be notified by email. To claim the prize, the potential winner must visit the Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH booth no. 426 during the event „International Battery Seminar & Exhibit“, from March 23–26, 2026. The stand personnel on site will hand over the prize.

General Conditions: Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH in its sole discretion.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Jagenberg Converting Solutions GmbH, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Raffle; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of any prize. Participants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Raffle, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court.
