Basic Line is a modular printing solution from JCS that is suitable for decorative printing on film or on paper, depending on requirements. In any configuration, the flexibly configurable series brings high cost-effectiveness to the table. The system is manufactured by our partner company Kusters Calico Machinery Pty. in India and focuses on combining a convenient budget with high standards of quality and performance.

Using a special matrix, we help you to find the perfect configuration for your individual requirements, from the unwinder to the infeed module, the printing and drying units through to the outfeed and the rewinder—no matter if you are printing on paper or on film.
Basic Line boasts the latest drying technology and efficient energy-saving systems which join maximum performance with minimum operating costs. There is, for example, a choice of gas-powered or electrically heated nozzle dryers. Furthermore, you can opt for an innovative infrared booster module, which further accelerates the drying process.

In addition to that, the innovative trolley systems and automated set-up options of the Basic Line ensure fast job changeovers and high productivity.
