Calendering
Many years of experience in the design and manufacture of calendering systems enables JCS to supply high-quality mechanical engineering combined with high process reliability in the field of electrode calendering.
In a closed loop process, calender adjustment with an accuracy of 1µm, combined with maximum loads of up to 4000 N/mm in widths of up to 1200mm can be realized. The overall concept of the entire system is adapted to the respective customer requirements. This includes, for example, a wide variety of preheating systems, such as IR or laser systems. The overall concept is completed with efficient data management to ensure high-quality data output in conjunction with various measuring systems.
